We accept engagements only in our focused areas of expertise. Once engaged, we work with you to craft the search strategy and build a comprehensive position description — the foundation every later stage is built on.

Assess

Only candidates that meet or exceed your requirements are presented. Every finalist is interviewed by ESI in person before reaching your desk. You see weekly progress reports throughout, with full visibility into pipeline and timing.

Reference

During final selection, we conduct in-depth confidential reference checks on the top contenders. We treat the confidentiality of both clients and candidates as non-negotiable — the current employment of every candidate is protected.

Onboard

Once an offer is accepted, we stay in contact with the new executive through their start date and first months on the job, helping identify and resolve any issues that might complicate a smooth transition into the role.
